Thubsdxt. — (Before his Honor, Judge Symonds. Mb J. C. Young, the newly appointed interpreter, entered upon hit) duties. Further evidence was heard in regard to the Whakamaru Block. Aperahama was examined aa to boundaries. In cross-examination he stated that the Ngatiaua had no claim to the block. He Was further cross-examined by Mr Maclty and Mr Sheehan, and had not concluded when, the Court rose.
