CHILD KILLED
RAN ACROSS ROAD STRUCK DOWN BY CAR (Per Press Association) HAMILTON, This Day. Robert Charles Drummond, aged 8 year# son of Mr. Leslie Drummond, accountant, Putaruru, sustained fatal injuries yesterday afternoon. The boy, who was playing football with other children, ran across the road in the path of a motor car driven by Mrs. Gilmour, Waihi, and died shortly after from injuries, including broken arms, fractured skull, and internal injuries.
