Lord Lovat’s Declaration
DOMINIONS INDEPENDENT Australian and N.Z. Press Association. OTTAWA, August 18. Speaking at the Ottawa. Service. Club Lord Lovat said: — “-We have absolutely held to the theory and hold the definite policy that each of the Dominions is independent and seeks to know how to co-operate. “The question of British migration is a great one. It is not unemployment at Home, but proper distribution of the white population within the Empire. It is your sympathy, not your money we want.”
