DIX’S GAIETY COMPANY.
To morrow evening Mr Dix’s Company of Vaudeville stars will make their first appearance here. Judging by the interest already manifested a warm welcome awaits the Company. The N.Z. Times in a recent issue in referring to Mr Dix’s Wellington Company said that “ a great feature of Dix’s ” is the absolute absence of anything approaching vulgarity and to this is largely attributed the success, etc. This is certainly a great recommendation to any Company of artists and especially so in modern Vaudeville. The company consists of a very fine array of artists, all of whom have been specially selected for this tour by Mr Dix, and we can safely predict a pleasant evening’s amusement and lots of good innocent fun. The performance will be given at 8 sharp.
