BRITISH AIR GIANTS
STRONGER THAN GERMAN GRAF ZEPPELIN WEIGHT EXCEEDS ESTIMATE Australian and N . 7. Cable. LONDON, September 15. The Daily Telegraph's- aeronautical correspondent says that there is no possibility of the " Empire heavy oil airship RlOl emerging before November. Tire weight of her engines and their fittings exceed the estimate by five tons and she has 1000 horsepower less than was expected. It is not likely that she will carry the intended 100 passengers. The petrol-burning RIOO, which is to be ready in mid-October, will not venture into the tropics. Both airships, in structural strength, far outstrip the Graf Zeppelin.
