BRITISHER WINS SPEED BOAT RACES VOLLI CUP TO SEGRAVE Australian and N.Z. Cable. VENICE, September 15. Sir Henry Segrave won the Count Volli Cup as the result of two races to-day. In the morning he led from start to finish in four laps, totalling 12J miles, the average speed being 68 miles an hour. His best lap was 77 miles. Miss America was fifth, piloted by the Italian, Count Ruspoli, It averaged 57 miles. In the afternoon Miss England covered six laps of a course of 20 miles in IGm 2 2-ss, an average speed of 70 miles an hour. The best lap was 74 miles. Miss America retired in the second lap.
