A JAPANESE WARNING,
' PEKIN, Nov. 17. Official reports from Harbin state that , Semenoffist;, anti-Bolshevik forces in Siberia were driven across the, Manchurian border at Manchuli. The Japanese commander warned the Bolshevists not to follow the routed army. The Japanese are rushing troops' to Manchuli to enforce the warning.
