Duigan and Coy. have been instructed by the late executor of the estate of the late David Peat to sell in their land sale rooms on Wednesday, the 11th August, next, the whole of the company shares held by the late Mr David Peat, particulars of which arc advertised in this tague. Included in the list is a large parcel of shares in the Wanganui Loan, Finance and Investment Coy., and smaller parcels in the Wanganui Freezing Co., Meat Export Coy., Bank of New Zealand, Wellington Publishing Coy. These sections had been reserved for school purposes, but a site having been purchased elsewhere, the above sections are for absolute sale. Full particulars may be obtained on application to Messrs Marshall, Hutton and Izard, solicitors, or the auctioneers. Attention of the public is drawn to the sale of general goods advertised by Mr H. L. Jennings in his roonls to-morrow (Wednesday), at 1.30 p.m., including bevclled-mirrored hall stand, hall curtains, new. double and single wood bedsteads, clothing, boots, and lot sundries.
