INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE
A NEW PORTFOLIO. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 26. The separation of industries and commerce from the Department of - Agriculture and the establishment of a Department of Industries and Commerce has been followed by the allotment of the new portfolio to the Hon. E. P. Lee. The Board of Trade, of which Mr Lee is president, and Mr W. G. McDonald chairman, has been incorporated with the now Department. Mr J. W. Collins, Secretary of the Board of Trade, has been appointed secretary of the new department.
