A NEW DISEASE.
PREVALENT IN WELLINGTON. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON* November 13. A skin ttrouble is developing in the form of red pimples on the face and body with a troublesome itch. It is prevalent and is believed to have been introduced by returning troops. It is highly contagious and isolation is necessary.
