CABINET TO CONSIDER. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 5, The Minister of Justice proposes to bring before Cabinet the decision of the Appeal Court, that the present law forbidding bigamy is ineffective. A further question has been raised as to whether several persons who are now serving sentences for bigamy should not he released ♦
