EDUCATION BOUNDARIES.
(By Telegraph.—Special to “Herald. 1 WELLINGTON, September 2. j A rather guarded answer is made by die minister of Education to Mr Veitch’s question as to when the retort of the Roval Commission set up to inquire into the boundaries of Education Board districts will be presented to Parliament. The Hon. Mr Hamm replied ; “1 have obtained the report, hut until I have perused and submitted same to Parliament, I will not be in a position to reply to the hpn. gentleman’s question."
