The Postmaster-General states that it has been, decided to amend, the regulations to provide for Telephone «txchanges with from 30 to 50’ subscribers to he open from 8 am. to 8 p.m., instead of from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., conoitionailv bn the whole of the subscribers. ■■• v ree ing to pay* each an additional fee :• Cl tier annum.
