- As many people desiring, to subscribe to the various patriotic funds And a difficulty in communicating with the official authorities, the "Herald” will receive and forward any sums for the same which may be left at this office. All donations will he promptly acknowledged in our columns, and remitted to the proper quarter without delay. , .
