The Bmir=e Gazette advocates the revision of relations between Russia ami Britain, and declares that the convention was entered unon when Russia was externally and internally exhausted, and when Bri'ain was striving to secure Germany’s isolation. The situation is now entirely altered, and the convention ties Russia’s hands.
