N.Z. TIMES V. THE DOMINION. AN ECHO OF THE STRIKE. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 6. The hearing of an action, in which the New Zealand Times claims from the Dominion the sura of i; 3000 for alleged libel, commenced before Mr Justice Husking and a ’Ury of twelve at the Suj rerac Court today. oir John Findley, K.C., in opening for the plaintiff, a’lcged that after the Dominion had first of all stated that the Federation of Labour stood for everything criminal, and had then charged the Times "with being an ailj- ofc the Federation and that it surportea iff 'policy’ Such attacks had, counsel contended, injured the pla’ntiff's business.
