(Por United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July.2l. At the Police Court:, Edward, Drummer, aged 14, was charged with having failed to enrol as a Senior Cadet under the J&efence Regulations. The boy's father stated l that his son bad acted on his instructions. He objected to militarism on principle, and asked that the fine should be small. The Magistrate said he had nothing to consider beyond the fact that the boy had failed to register, and imposed a line of £2 and costs. He advised the father to let his son register and save further prosecution.
