PROBATE.
(Per United Press Association). WELLINGTON, July 21. The Full Court gave judgment to-day in the application for probate of the will of James McDonald, late of Hamilton, labourer, who died in October, 1906. The estate is valued at .£l6O, and the Episcopalian and Wesleyan Churches at Ngaruawahia- are residuary beneficiaries. By a maajority finding (Judges Denniston, Ed wards, Chapman, and Sim), the Court upheld the contentions of Mr Mac Donald (solicitor to the Public Trustee), and granted probate on the power of attorney ese cuted as a will, containing testamentary directions. The Chief Justice dissented
