PROPOSED SPECIAL LOAN OF .£2300, HTHE Wanganui East Borough Council hereby gives public notice, that Such Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of 162300 for the several purposes hereunder mentioned, such Loan to he allocated to the said several purposes: as shown opposite each of-them, , namely 1. The formation and metalling of the following streets:—Duncan Street, Boydfleld Helmore Street; Young Street, Mackay Street.
