ANTONIA jDOIOEES, ; THE WORLD-EENOWNED PRIMA ” donna. The Singer Who Reaches the Heart! At the great public reception to Dolores in the Town Hall, Sydney, a few months ago (which was given by the musical people of the city). Sir William' Manning voiced the sentiments of those present, and, indeed, of the music-loving public of Australasia, when he said: “A. sweet singer has come amidst us I again in the person of-Mdlle. Dolores. She has returned to the scene of one, of her great' triumphs, for NO SINGER HAD SO 1 WON THE HEARTS OP THE MUSICAL 1 PEOPLE of Sydney. Indeed, her-triumphs 1 have'not been surpassed by any of the artists; —and there have been some great ones amongst us of late—who have succeeded her. (Applause.) There is a singular charm about tlie lady which: has endeared her to the people of the city. She sings to you the songs of England,■: Ireland, Scotland, France, Germany,, Italy, and translates the thoughts of the great masters as no artist who has- been here before her has done. (Applause.) She is a groat artist, and in her we have one ■with a European reputation—indeed,- a reputation which might be considered world-wide.” ' The ENTHRALLING, VIBRANT RICHNESS of DOLORES’ VOICE is an amazing revelation to those who have . not yet heard her! •Every music-lover should book seats for BOTH CONCERTS.
