THE TUCKWELL WILL CASE.

WELLINGTON, March 23. The protracted litigation known as the Tuckwell will case was before the Supreme Court to-day, when the application was renewed for letters ot administration to bo granted to the Public Trustee, as the latter had made the affidavit that he was satisfied Tuckwell hud died intestate. Judge Cooper said he thought the matter had been sufficiently probed, and lie was of opinion that the Court could presume death. He granted administration, but would make no order as to the distribution of the estate.
