POST-SESSIONAL ADDRESS.
MR. PEARCE AT HAWERA. (Per United Press .Association.) HAWEKA, March 22, Mr Pearce delivered a post-sessional address last night, He rcviw.vcd.fho work of last session.,,. On the education question he said he would,support the secular svaip-n. and on the licensing question he said he was against the bare majority. He was given a good hearing, and was accorded a vote of confidence.
