Travers, manager of the Farmers’Dank, has been sentenced to 1 six years in the penitentiary. Summonses have been issued on four prominent Tournlonian s, formerly provisional directors of the bank It. is alleged that there was a conspiracy to obtain £2OOO, Dr. Nesbitt, a prominent politician, lias also been summoned. He is charged with signing false returns of the bank’s position.
