Pilot's Report.
The pilot, leporting for the month of November, stated that the channel over the bar continued in the same position, bearing by compass from the nagstafi. S.W. \ S. He sounded the bar or Novem bpr 15th, and got equal to 12ft 6ins. at high water neaps. The lower reach and entrance continued good, and the river channel very satisfactory. 95 vessels crossed the bar during the month, 30 in the night.
