The Assembly at Pietermaritzburg has read a second time a Bill providing for a referendum as to whether Natal shall enter the South African Union. A meeting in tho Town. Hall at Durban urged that no further steps towards union should be taken until the Mozambique agreement is either abrogated or modified.
