Sad Plight of Tabriz, British Residents in Peril. Press Association.— Teleeraph.— Copyright. Received April 21, 8.30 a.m. TEKERAN, April 20. Thousands of women and children at Tabriz are clamouring for bread. The British residents have cabled to Sir Edward Grey, that they are in immiment danger of attack, but owing te the desperate nature of their situation it is impossible for them to leave the town, and the Consular Guard is inadequate to protect them.
