COURTS AND OFFENCES.
Wellington Magistrate's Court (Put United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 31. Alfred Burnesle was charged at the Magistrate's Court to-day with breaking; into the Ngahauranga railway station by night and stealing articles of clothing valued at £4c 4s 6d. Accused was committed for trial at the Supreme Court. Richard Lynch admitted breaking and entering a dwellinghouse and" stealing jewellery valued at <£10 10s.' He was"com-'-mifcted" to the Supreme Court for sentence. The same accused was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment for stealing a travelling rug.
