The above match was played, on Cook 3 Gardens, the wicket being bumpy and the out-field very rough. The'UnKeds won tLc and, through the aid of Luxford (2a), Butler and A. Martin,, ran up the goon score of 115 for 8 wickets, when the mm ings was declared closed. Butler made 25 (not but) in fine style, while Martin pu'together the same number by good hitting (including a splendid fiver, run out), bc^ fore being disposed of. On the Collegt; 11. going in Marshall made a. fine fourer, and was then clean bowled by Marua.
