Dr/KEDIN, October 21. The Brass Bauds Association, were ratbflr unfoitunate in woatbar. The morning broke bomtifully fino j too fine, for thunder olouda gathered and heavy thunder showers fell during tbe afternoon. A tremendous crowd gathered in the street where tbe bands met, and maesing together marched to the Caledonian Ground, the streets boinp almost Blocked.
