At a meeting of the Pride of Tokatea Goldmimns; Company, 4? fhareholdeiß woroptfsant, who, togbther with proxief, ropreßuritad ovf r 70,000 shares. Besolutions wore carried voluntarily winding np the company under the provisions of the aiming Act. 1894, The shareholders receive 440,000 in cash and shares in tbe English compiny, the Haaraki, AssocUated, £20,000 of which hns already beon distributed in cash, and 38,000 ehari-a are now available for tesue.
