Cross, Eeq,, Secretary of the Wanganui Heads Railway. — The Government is advised that rental of £6 per annum would be a fair ajnount to charge for the land proposed i t to be occupied by your station, as' shown t bn""tracing in possession' of Mr Stewart, and it is also recommended that the company should undertake to construct a level crossing on the siding from the gates to the' cattle pens, and also cattle stops where the siding comes from the company's station to the Wanganui Railway Station grcund.
