PERSECUTION .OF CHURCH LATEST NAZI SCHEME. Press Association Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received Saturday, 9.5 a.m.) BERLIN, Friday. Herr Hitler has ordered that the Nazi Swastika flag be flown on all Protestant, churches in Germany on Sunday. This follows a protest by the Evangelical General Superintendents against the Nazi Vice-President’s announcement that Sunday’s services would be devoted to “bringing the dire traits of our Church before the countenance of the living God.” Military Chaplain fueller, Herr Hitler’s plenipotentiary, as been invested with dictatorial jurisdiction within the church though Herr Hitler is himself a Catholic, thus countering the efforts of the Superintendents and Lutheran Ministers, who* are asked to tell parishioners to listen to .a broadcast on Sunday evening explaining the revolution in the Lutheran Church.
