A charge -of stealing lx-tween June, 1930, and May, 1933, sums -totalling £363 16s lOd, the property of the Phoenix Assurance Company, was brought against Arthur Philip Pool, a c.l-erk', 37, in- tli-e S.M. Court -to-day. 11-e wais rem-anded until 21st June, bail being fixed at £75 with a ■similar surety.—'(P.A.)
