Messrs Bell, Gully, Mackenzie and O’Leary, solicitors for Mr W. D. Lvsnar, have lodged in the Supreme Court, Gisborne, notice of appeal in respect of Air W. D. Lysnar’s action against the National Bank. Portion of the action was heard in Wellington recently, when judgment for part of the action was given by Air Justice MacGregor for the defendant bank. The balance of the action is to be tried at Gisborne later. The appeal will be heard during the Alarch sitting of the Court of Appeal.
