ALLEGED LIBEL
NEW ZEALANDERS CHARGED,
(Received Tuesday, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Monday
Two young New Zealanders, the poet, Geoffrey Potoeki de Montalk, wearing sandals and a scarlet cloak, and the author, Douglas Glass, wearing sandals and a black velvet cloak, were charged at tlio Clerkenwell Court with having allegedly published an obscene libel.
Glass was discharged but de Mon talk was committed for trial.
