SKATING IN STREETS. HUNDREDS INJURED. (Received Thursday, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, Wednesday. There were extraordinary scenes in London and suburban streets, when a rapid thaw, followed by a resumption of frost, turned the streets into skating links.
