BRITISH FILMS.
VICTORIAN LEGISLATION. MELBOURNE, Wednesday. In the Assembly, during consideration of the Censorship of Film Bill, a clause was agreed to providing that at each motion picture performance at least 2000 feet of film of British manufacture must be exhibited exclusive of advertising matter. It was further agreed that at least 2000 feet of that quota must be film produced in Australia.
