EXPLOSION ON TANKER.
TWO PEOPLE KILLED. NEW YORK, Tuesday. A Swede named Ilandberg, a sailor on board the oil tanker Warwick, lying in Wilmington Harbour, struck a match to light his pipe. An explosion followed, blowing up the tanker. Two people were killed and six injured. The surrounding buildings were damaged. The total damage is estimated" at £50,000. —Sun.
