INCREASE CLAIMED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. At a meeting of the New Zealand Superannuated Railway Employees and Police Associations of Canterbury, the following motion was carried: —“That inasmuch as the Prime Minister has expressed himself as being in sympathy with the claim of the superannuated. railway men for an additional superannuation allowance, we call upon him to . translate his sympathy' into practical terms.”.
