(Received Saturday, at 5.45 a.m.) LONDON, Friday.
The newspapers do not view Germany's threat to blockade England with alarm. In fact, they consider it most farcical. Any attempt at retaliation on the part of the Germans will be fantastic, because the latter's State control and blockade will be invalid unless effective.
