COPENHAGEN, Friday.
Herr yon Bethmann Holhveg (the German Chancellor), interviewed, said that Germany Avould use every opportunity to starve England in reA'enge for her starving Germany. The neutrals who had not protested must take the consequences. "We are not going to die of famine," said the Chancellor.
