BANKRUPTCY BUSINESS.
An application was made by John Chambers and Sou to have James MowJem adjudged a bankrupt. Mr C. E. Levov, who appeared i"or the creditors, state' that Mowleui had decided not to oppose the, application. Mr K. K. Jackson, who appeared for Mowlem, agreed to the order bcin«» made. His Honour accordingly made a.v order. Alexander McKen/.io (Mr T. Jordan) was granted a discharge, from bankruptcy. The discharge of Henry George Vennell and Alfred William Venimll was granted subject, to petitioners paying £f)0. Mr P. \j. Hollings appeared for petitioners.
