ALLEGED PERJURY
I MOT 111-] RICK NOT GUILTY
The charge against A. W. Petheriuk of having committed perjury during the hearing of a case at the Masterton S.M. Court in December last was continued before His Honour Mr Justice Edwards after we went, to press yesterday. After counsel for the accused and the Crown had addressed the jury, His Honour briefly summed up the various points of the case. After a retirement of eighteen minutes the jury returned a, verdict of not guilty.
