Press Association- -Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received Last Night, at lO.h p.m.) LONDON, Yesterday. A sensation has been caused by developments arising out of yesterday's proceedings at the Independent Labour party's conference at Edinburgh. The conference adopted a vote of semi-sympathy with Mr Victor Graysou, M.P. for Colne Valley, aud suggested that the Administrative Couucil should endeavour to come to terms with Mr Grayson aud with Mr Robert Blatchford, editor of The Clarion, and other irrecoucilables who object to the Council's desire to work with the Liberals in Parliament. As a consequence Messrs Keir Hardie, Ramsay MacDouald, Philip Suowdou, M.'sP., aud Glasier resigned from membership of tho Council, considering tho resolution tantamount to a vote of censure upou them. A hot-tempered debate followed, and the conference begged the resiguers to re-consider their decision. Mr Glasier is resigning tho editorship of the journal, the Labour Leader.
