Visit of the Channel Fleet.

The Time* states that the Admiralty decided several months ago for the Channel Fleet to visit the Baltic Sea, and that nothing unusual and nothing exceptional is intended by the visit.
Certainly, adds The Times, the visit bears no relation to the political situation of the moment. The fantastic idea of a mare clan sum (a closed sea) is unworthy of
serious discussion.
