Ridiculous Tone of German Press.
(Received Last Xiyht, at 0.42 p.m.) Berlin, Yesterday. The German Press advise extreme caution during the British fleet's visit to the Baltic, " in order to ovoid accidents or incidents resembling the Dogger Bank affair." (Received Lad Xiyht, at 11.35 p.in. J London, Yesterday. The 'Hines St. Petersburg correspondent states that the Russian Government view with favour the visit of the British fleet.
