CORONATION COFFEE PALACE.

Mr Reed's New House.

One of tho most commodious accommodation houses that has yet been put up in this district is the one just completeby Mr T. B. Michell, at the Masterton Railway Station, to the order of Mr J. Reed. It is a two storey structure, the architecture of Messrs Varnham and Rose, aud from point of internal convenience and external appearance, is a model house for its purpose. It is elaborately furnished throughout, every bedroom has its Duchess pair, Venetian blinds, beds with spring mattrasses, and other comforts, whilst the important matter of ventilation has received full consideration. The hall is a particularly large one, whilst the staircase is of elaborate structure. Twelve bedrooms, both single and double are provided, bathrooms fitted with hot and cold water, lavatories, a spacious kitchen, fully equipped, and all necessary out-buildings give complete arrangement. The painting, paper-hanpr ing, and general decorations were carftj/P out by Mr W. H. Cole, and it follow-Tas a matter of course that full satisfaction has been given to all concerned.
