The trial of tho Keniffs has been adjourned to November. Accused's counsel filed nn affidavit showing that he was unable to procure two material witnesses from the south-eastern part of the colony, who could testify that the Keniffs were bo far away from tho locality of the murders at the time they were committed that they could not possibly havo committed them.
