SEQUEL KINO'S BIRTHDAY FIGHT
YOUNG MAN CHARGED WITH SERIOUS OFFENCE. 'run PHESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTHIGIIT.] A middle-aged man named Henry Symomls, who was the victim of an assault, near the Royal George Hotel on June 3rd, died at the hospital at j 11.15 to-day. Deceased was a widower and had;boon employed as a painter. ) An inquest was opened this afternoon when Dr. Thompson in his evidence, considered that death had been the direct result of an injury to the man’s brain. The injury could have been caused by< a direct blow with a fist or weapon. A man, twenty-two years of ago, named Albert Clements, is at present on remand on a charge of assaulting deceased on June 3rd, He will bo called upon to give his evidence at the inquest, when it is resumed on Saturday.
