"Voyages which shall bo reckoned as of ono day's duration when made by sailing craft : —
'•1. From port to porl, within Cook aud Fovoaux Straits, when tho distanco doo9 not exceed fifty miles.
" 2. From port to port, on the west coast of the Middle Island, wbjyn tho distance does •.iot exceed twentv-fivc miles.
" 3. Fvom port lo port on the west const of tho North Island, or on the ea«t of cithsr island, or of Slownrl'a Island, when the distance dons not cscccd lifly miles.
B. "All voyages not included wil.hiu tho above limits shall, iov tho purposes of Uicso by-l.i\v3, ba held -to bo of more than one day's duration."
